Hey everyone!
I need a little help with my Adobe account. It says my storage is full, but both my cloud and the app files are empty. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I'd love to hear any suggestions on how to ensure I have enough storage for my projects.
Thanks in advance for your help!

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.

and if the previous links fail to help:
to clear or check all files stored on adobe's servers, use a web browser to navigate to the following locations. at each location there are several folders to check.:
https://documentcloud.adobe.com
if you delete anything from any of these locations, check for a deleted folder where your file(s) was (were) moved. if you want to clear space you must delete files in the deleted folder.

I ahve the same issue, I've emptied all these:
https://documentcloud.adobe.com
It says I'm using 18GB, buit I'm using nothing at all and all my deleted folders are empty.
Irritating, I get a warning to upgrade my plan....

if you checked all the links and folders and cleared the deleted folder, contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

I am getting a warning to upgrade my plan, but I have nothing on the creative cloud.
Iève read and followed these instructions to make sure there is nothing:
https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/delete-files-permanently.html
I checked on the desktop, web and mobile app and there is nothing.
The deleted folder is empty.
How do I solve this?
