Ich habe einen creative cloud abo für mehrere applikationen gekauft mit 20gb cloud speicher.

Ich benütze fast nur lightroom.

Jetzt wollte ich es benützen und es stand das meine Lizenz abgelofen ist, 6Monate zu früh(Lizenz wurde am 13.02.21 gekauft auf digitec: https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/adobe-creative-cloud-photography-plan-20gb-1-j-1x-windows-macos... ).

Gibt es eine lösung für ein solches problem?????

Ich möchte gerne zugriff auf meine Fotos haben.

Go to your Adobe Account and, under Plans and payment, see if your plan has indeed expired.

You may want to contact that shop for assistance. As far as I know, Adobe can't help with products bought via resellers.
