Hello,
I started using the new service creative cloud with Photoshop since september. But since few days I discovered that all my files are no more existing (in my laptop or even in the creative cloud).
At first step I noticed whenever I click on the creation, it says that the file is no more existing or no access to it, then the picture of the file disappears. There is no history, no deleted items, it's like I'm restarting from scratch and nothing ever happened.
FYI : This is the right Account, I've checked in my laptop folders, nothing appeared, Nothing either in the recycle bin.
Please help, I'm now afraid to use the creative cloud.

there probably all still there.
use your file browser (not the cc app) to check the files in your local sync folder and use your web browser to check your cc web files (open the cc app>click the upper right cloud icon> click cc web)

Log-in to your Creative Cloud storage at the URL below. If you saved as Cloud Documents, they are there.
Creative Cloud Assets https://assets.adobe.com
- Synced files
- Cloud documents
- Deleted files
Lightroom https://lightroom.adobe.com
- Photos
- Albums
- Edited files
- Imported files
- Deleted files
Document Cloud https://documentcloud.adobe.com
- All documents
- Starred files
- Shared files
If you saved to your local HD on primary computer, use your OS's file manager (Win File Explorer or Mac Finder) to search for .psd files.
Hope that helps.

When you upgrade to a new version of Photoshop, the Recent File List is wiped clean until you open/create new files from Photoshop. Perhaps that's what you're experiencing.
