My partner is very severely disabled with multiple impairments including cerebral palsy and life threatening food allergies. Recently she had a disagreement with an agency carer and the carer destroyed her care plan. We have dismissed this carer. The agency will not cooperate because it is in dispute with my partner
We need to employ another carer urgently but we cannot employ a carer without Stacy's care plan as t is a legal requirement.
We have a copy on a PDF but unfortunately my partner cannot remember the document's password. I was wondering whether Adobe had some way of opening the PDF.
