Have what is involved! Can I have a Mac with Safari updated so I will be able to learn Html, css and javascript, illustrator and photoshop without looking for a second job?  I am 73 and trying!  Thank you in advance!

For HTML, CSS and JavaScript, you need a code editor that's compatible with your Mac.

Brackets and VS Code are free. 

 

Visual editors like Dreamweaver, Pinegrow and Wappler cost money.
