Major CC File Sync Problems

In the past month we have been seeing major Creative Cloud File Sync problms.

1. Files mysteriously disappearing. We've had to recover deleted files. This is from multiple folders, I think we can rule out user error. We have all be doing this work for a long time.
2. Mystery files in our trash folders. In a shared CC File Sync folder, if someone deletes a files, as the files are deleted from everyone's computer, are they moved to each person's desktop trash folder?
3. Deleted files returning.

So, are these problems possibly on a client computer or is it a server side problem. Is anyone seeing any of these issues?

We are all Mac. Combination of macOS 12 & 13. Problems 1 & 3 might have started when we did a few Ventura updates. 

We are using CC File Sync because we have had so many path problems when using other cloud based syncing services. Please do not suggest using CC Files since it doesn't support jpgs and doesn't allow for upload a directory structure, it does not match our requirements.

i haven't seen any of that, but i don't share with anyone (other than myself on other devices). the problems you're seeing could be another user or could be something else, but i don't recall anyone that's not sharing reporting those problems.
