Market Downloads Folder Missing On Desktop

I've downloaded assets from the creative cloud market which appear in my files on the website but not on the desktop - it says the assets should appear in the 'Market Downloads' folder but the folder does not appear.

I thought that syncing might be the problem but I've synced numerous times and still it does not appear.

Can someone please tell me what's going on? Do I need to reinstall CC?

Hope you can help

The Market Downloads folder should be in your Creative Cloud sync folder, which hopefully is not simply your Desktop folder. Normally, your Creative Cloud folder is going to be in your documents folder. In the Creative Cloud desktop app, go to the Assets tab, select the Files sub-tab, and click the "Open Folder" button. Your Market Downloads folder should be in there.
