Moving files to different Adobe account

I'm not sure if this is the correct place to ask about something like this, but I need help moving Adobe Sketch files from one account to another. Specifically trying to migrate to Fresco, but because my Sketch files are on a different account than the account with Fresco I'm unsure of what to do. I've seen solutions for this but only on desktop, and I'm currently working from my IPad.

You would need to copy the files to your computer hard drive. And then manually upload them to your other account's Cloud storage.
