Hi! the Cloud is always chashes, since i updatet on Big Sur, so i cannot work anymore! Adobe support fixed it once but it worked only one day; after that, it was impossible to work with any application so i often removed all of them and reinstall the cloud with the few Apps i need.
It is such a mess - Adobe support means it is an Apple problem, Apple means the computer is so slowly because of Adobe.
Please help me so i can use the Applications i need again!

first, reset the cc app:
to reset the cc desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
if that fails, try to repair

if that fails go ahead and uninstall/reinstall per the above link
if that fails, do a clean cc install following each applicable step:
uninstall every cc app including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
check for, and if available, update your os
restart your computer (don't skip this)
reinstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use the link at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

If Creative Cloud crashes constantly, that implies you have a system problem. Or your computer is not powerful enough to support the load.
Please ensure your computer exceeds the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud + OS + all other apps you use. Check each one.

If problems began with Big Sur, maybe you should revert back to your old operating system. See link below.
