Não fui notificada sobre a restauração do meu plano Adobe Creative Clound

Exatamente ontem, 7 de maio de 2022, acabaria meu plano anual pago mensalmente e ele seria calcelado, o que eu queria! Porém foi atualizado automaticamente sem o meu consenso. Agora para cancelar terei que pagar uma taxa de mais de R$680,00 o que me recuso a fazer.

 Pesquisei nos meus e-mail e eu NÃO recebi nenhum e-mail falando que meu plano seria restaurado. Como faço para recorrer à essa causa? Apenas gostaria de cancelar meu plano sem essa multa! (Eu não usei as ferramentas no mês de maio, apenas até abril.)
