Need an advise, suitable size of machine for Adobe creative cloud

Hello all,

Recently my staff started to use the adobe creative cloud for video file creation.

However they got a trouble to run the software (Premium Pro with Adobe after effects)

. One possibility is due to insifficient machine specification, we suspected.

Can anyone advise me what is the suitable size or specification for video creation task on adobe creative cloud. Or simply share your experiences?

What was the problem, Your Words "Got a Trouble", running the software. Without knowing that it is hard to say if you need newer, more powerful, system or just more hard drive space which can be added with an external drive.
