Hello, fellow Adobe Portfolio users / experts,
I have two accounts on Adobe Portfolio that use the same email address. One is my personal account, and the other is for my business, and it has a subscription that's active.
Here's the main issue: all my websites are on my personal account, which doesn't have an active subscription. This is strange because it wasn't a problem a few months ago. When I try to move the websites from my personal account to the business one, it asks for an ID to move them to. But I don't have another ID with a subscription.
Some extra info: my websites were connected to a different Adobe ID before, but someone at Adobe helped me switch them to my current email.
Some help would be appreciated!

You'll have to ask Portfolio's support team about accessing your Portfolios.
Ideally, you should have 2 separate log-ins, one for business and one for personal use.
Before you contact Portfolio, find the URLs from both sites: your_ID.myportfolio.com or your_custom_domain.com.
