Sometimes once a day and sometimes more, I need to re-sign in to Creative Cloud to use the apps on my computer. VERY annoying when I am trying to work. I notice that my credit card is charged once a month. Why does the payment ALWAYS work and the apps on my computer do not?

Thank you! I could not find the files mentioned in the tech note so I re-installed Creative Cloud yet again. Hope it continues to work as it should.

For future reference, most files/folders referenced in the help articles are hidden by default. If you display hidden files/folders in your OS, you'll find them.
