No able to update my apps after upgrading to ventura

Hi everyone,

After I upgraded from Montery to Ventura, I'm not able to update my Apps anymore.

could you help please ?

there are compatibility issues with adobe, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/macos-ventura-compatability-common-issues.html

 

that said, you should be able to update some apps.

 

reset the cc desktop app: make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

I did two things :
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
and
disable this and unable it again + restart

Need more info on the error such as an Error Code.

 

Does clicking on "More info" as shown in the screenshot offer any useful clues?

Thank you John, it's working now so I don't have the issue anymore to click on "More Info" but I remember that was saying it was not compatible.
