No cancelé mi prueba gratuita antes de que terminara y ahora me cobran por un producto que no uso

El 4 de octubre de 2021 inicié mi prueba gratuita de Adobe Spark (ahora parte de Adobe Creative Cloud Express) y lo utilicé sólo una vez porque no satisfacía mis requerimientos (no lo volví a usar después de que terminaron los días de prueba).
Olvidé cancelar mi prueba gratuita antes de que terminaran los 14 días y el 18 de octude de 2021 me llegó un correo de que Adobe había hecho un cobro por $199 MXN a mi cuenta de PayPal. Ante esto inicié sesión en mi cuenta de Adobe para cancelar la suscripción pero no me lo permitió porque debía pagarla antes de hacer cualquier cambio o cancelación. 
Ahora me han enviado cobros por los 3 meses que han pasado cuando yo no he vuelto a utilizar ninguno de sus productos y a pesar de que en sus sitios web de ayuda dice que "después de 30 días de no hacer cambios en los datos de pago se suspenden los servicios automáticamente" y también a pesar de que en las opciones de administrar el plan de suscripción dice que "Si no haces nada, el plan se cancelará automáticamente".
No es justo que prácticamente nos obliguen a pagar suscripciones que ni siquiera hemos empezado a usar y que no nos den opciones para hacer algo referente a la cancelación de los servicios.

cierto a mi me diero la promocion de usarlo por doce dias apenas iban 5 dias y ya me esta cobrando, se me hace poco profesional.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support- co...

Así es, Adobe me ha dejado muy mala experiencia al adquirir suscripciones para sus apps, por eso ya no volví a adquirir nada con ellos.
Al final no pude resolver el problema y me cobraron 3 meses de suscripción de una app obsoleta solo porque no me permitió eliminar mi método de pago a pesar de que mandé varias solicitudes de ayuda para darme de baja.
