Hice todos los pasos y nada, no me carga la aplicación. Me supone un riesgo para mi trabajo, ya que me dedico a Diseñar laboralmente, y necesito los programas para este lunes poder seguir mi trabajo.
Intenté ejecutar él .zip para repararlo, pero nada, esa instalación tampoco prosigue, se queda en el 2%...

No, I already tested that as I said. I'll list everything I've tried so far so you can see how to fix it:
- I installed normal, waited, and since it wouldn't load, uninstall it from the control panel.
- I have installed normal, waited, and as it didn't load, uninstalled it with a special adobe .zip to repair it (which stays at 2% and doesn't work). And finally I uninstalled it from the uninstall button of the .zip.
- I have tried to install alternative installers from the creative cloud itself, that work with the features of my PC (64 bit, etc...), I tried two of them, and none of them worked.
- I tried installing the normal installer, rebooting my PC, and restarting it again. It didn't work either.
- And finally, I started it, and left it for several hours, to test. But it didn't work either.
The truth is that if Adobe does not solve this on Monday with a human person from the company, I will have to cancel my subscription, I'm really sorry. Because I find it a shame that having paid, not even the main Launcher that contains all the programs does not work. If I could at least use them without opening Creative Cloud, I would. But if this application does not work, I can not access any of the programs ....
