No podemos verificar el estado de tu suscripción.

Buenas tardes,

Al intentar abrir  Photoshop desde la aplicación de Adobe Creative Cloud me sale el siguiente mensaje:

"No podemos verificar el estado de tu suscripción."

El resto de aplicaciónes se abre correctamente. He reinstalado al aplicación y he quitado el check de actualizar automáticamente fecha y hora pero me sigue dando el mismo error.

 

No consigo ponerme encontacto con el servicio de asistencia tecnica.

Alguna sugerencia?  Es urgente!

Hola, me sucede lo mísmo problema en Illustrator, no así en Photoshop y Lightrrom.

Ya probe la solución de cancelar la sincronización del relog a la hora Internet.

If Illustrator works and Photoshop and Lightroom not, the problem needs to be of a different kind. The check of the subscription status is the same for all.

 

As a side note: this was a temporary issue in 2020! You can't probably have the same problem.

Tengo el mismo problema. Abro cualquier aplicación de Adobe y salta un mensaje diciendo que no se puede verificar mi suscripción y que en 2 días la cancelarán. Intenté todo pero no lo puedo resolver

Buenas tardes, a mi me pasa lo mismo."No podemos verificar el estado de tu suscripción." tenia la cuenta atras, se ha acabado y ahora tengo el ps y el lr blokeados. Me salia error 13012. Necesito el ps ya para trabajar.

Yo he iniciado sesión en Cloud y actualizado la versión de Illuatrator (que es la app con la que me salía este mensaje). Una vez hecho, ha funcionado correctamente.

Al parecer lo logré: Windows:

 

Instalé primero: Cómo resolver el error de acceso limitado en la aplicación de escritorio de Creative Cloud

 

Luego, entré a la ruta de la aplicación (C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Lightroom Classic), click derecho a la Aplicación >"Solucionar problemas de compatibilidad" > "Probar configuración recomendada" > ... seguir las instrucciones, reiniciar y listo.
