No se inician los programas ninguno. Pantalla en blanco

Abro cualquier programa de adobe creative , como por ejemplo photoshop.

Todo muy bien pero cuando se inicia sale un pantalla blanca que solo de te da opción de cerrar y cierra todo.

Nose que hacer estoy desesperada.
