My colleague has created a library with essential design assets that we would like to be able to collaborate on, but after numerous attempts at inviting me, I have not even recieved an email invitation to collaborate or join said library. I also do not recieve notifications within the CC app or on browser. Other designers on our team have recieved the email and notifications properly, and are able to join and collaborate seamlessly.
Anyone have any workarounds/ideas on how to resolve this?

We're sorry to hear about your difficulties. Could you please share some more information on this issue as the name of the library, your email address, and sharing time of the library via private message?

Hey Kevin,
Thanks for sharing the information.
Could you please share the user's email address inviting you to access the library? We need the account information of both the users who are inviting who( like the info which you have shared through a Private message)?
Also. we will also need the URL of the library who has the access to the library, you can ask the user to copy the URL from the assets web when viewing the library.

Could you please ask the owner of the library to remove the invite which was sent out to you and request you to join again to check if that makes any difference?
