I am using the latest versions of all Adobe apps. But older Media Encoder keeps re-installing itself right after I reboot PC. I would care at all if it's there. But for some unknown reason the latest Premere Pro opens files in older Encoder instead of the newest one. I don't know why this happening.
I wrote Adobe help center. And you would never guess what Adobe support team told me to do: "Try to Uninstall the apps". LOL. This is what I do for two months now, every time I turn on computer. Do Adobe guys even read users request or what is it? So frustrated here. But mostly I just want to find a solution.
Does anybody know how to fix this?
