One account two domains

Hi all,
I have a question about one adobe sibscription and two domain / websites. I am owner for below account - JACEK. As we are on very small budget I decide to use Adobe Portfolio for two websites. I created two websites and both have separate domains. It's working correct but there is some issue. When you will search for my girlfriend you will find her website, but there also in description appear my name - please see attached. Is it possible to chnage for her name? Or it cannot be because I am ovner? Thank you
