How do I find out what my admin password is? Is it the same as my Apple ID? I've tried multiple times and it's not letting me get in

Are you on an Individual, Teams or Enterprise plan?

If the latter 2, contact your IT dept.

 

Individual users must have a computer user profile with administrative level permissions to install and update software.
