Perte d'accès à mon stockage sur Cloud

Bonjour,

Je ne sais pas si je pourrai être éclairée à ce sujet ici, mais je me lance.
J'utilise depuis un peu plus d'un an un compte fourni par ma formation, par question de facilité et de manque d'espace, je conservais mes documents en ligne sur le cloud afin de jongler entre mes trois machines.
Cependant, du jour au lendemain, j'ai perdu accès à tout mon stockage, je les vois toujours présents, je peux encore me connecter à mon ancien compte et j'ai pu récupérer quelques-uns de mes travaux, mais pour les 10 go de documents restants rien n'y fait. On me dit de contacter l'administrateur du service, mais mon école me dit qu'Adobe a fermé cette administration et on a simplement transmis de nouveaux identifiants et un nouveau compte.
J'ai besoin d'aide, car sinon, je ne pourrai pas passer mon examen, j'ai une année entière de travail sur ce cloud et je risque de tout perdre.
Mon école peut-elle transférer mon cloud sur le nouveau compte fourni ? Ou puis-je, en montrant patte blanche, récupérer par moi-même ces fameux documents ?

I use a Sata docking station and SEVERAL 'bare' drives for backup
