Photoshop CC 2019

Hello, 

I have Photoshop CC 2019 monthly subscription. My question is do I have to be signed into the Internet to use it or can I use it while OFF line? I tried and seems I CAN be OFF line, but I am not sure if ALL the features are usable while I am OFF line. Would appreciate if you clarify this issue for me. Thanks so much,

If your device has recently called home to confirm your subscription is active, you can use Photoshop offline.  Everything should work except of course the online services  -- i.e. Adobe Fonts, Adobe Stock images, Portfolio, file syncing, Creative Cloud Libraries...

To ensure continued CC access, monthly members must go online once every 30 days.  Prepaid members, once every 90 days.
