Portfolio is not aligning side-by-side text properly - help!

When I preview my site sometimes the text is aligned and sometimes it is not depending on the device. This is only happening with text modules that are side by side. 

The desktop, vertical phone, and horizontal tablet are fine. you can see the side by side text "look and feel" is aligned with the text module above it "project"

But on the horizontal phone and vertical tablet the side by side text is closer to the left and no longer aligned with the text above it. 

I've adjusted the width %, max width, and alignment to absolutely no effect. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

I have exactly the same problem. Can Adobe please fix this?

I put in a request to Adobe to no avail. Maybe you can put in one too? Maybe they will take it seriously if more people do? It is honestly so embarrassing that this problem exists.
