Portfolio Won't Load my LR Collection

Started a new (Adobe) Portfolio. Open LR, link a Collection to Portfolio. Get a message that it's been shared with Portfolio. Even opens Portfolio's Web page for me.

Try to add images, select LR Collection, it keeps telling me I have nothing in my LR Library - though clearly I do, and LR is telling me Portfolio has access to them.

Anyone have any suggestions?

I just tested adding a couple of images from Lightroom to Portfolio, and it worked. 

 

Maybe try signing out of Lightroom and signing back in.

Also, which browser are you using? If you're not using Chrome, then try that (and also make sure Chrome is updated).

So I signed out of both programs and signed back in. From Portfolio, I get the same "LR is empty" message.

If I go to LR and pick the Collection then try to send it to Portfolio, I get an error message that says, "There was an error. try again later."

If I go into LR on the desktop and pick one image at a time and try to share to Portfolio, it says "Upload Failed."

Neither of these error maessages are very helpful, I'm afraid.

I was thinking it has to do with image file type, but since LR doesn't show you that, I am thinking that it converts them when u/l's to the cloud.

Still stuck.
