Postprocess using multiple devices

Hi to all of you,

I think I have a simple question but need your help.

First:

- I use Adobe CC photography subscription

- I use PS, LR, LR Classic

- I use Mac Book Air and Mac mini

The problem

I want to postprocess a file on my Mac mini and on another moment use that file as I left it during an earlier postprocess moment on the Mac Book air. Than save it (in an Adobe Cloud) with the posibility to use it later aganin on one of my devices. At this moment I load my files on two hard-drives, using one catalogue on one device and another catalogue on the othe device. So I post proces on two devices and have two processed files on two devices. Becomes a bit confusing for me. I want to have one location for a saved RAW file, use that file on two devices (not at the same time) and than save it again on one location.

Can you help me solving this problem?

use different file names (eg, a name with appended version number and/or name).
