Problème de connexion

Bonjour, 

J'ai une licence étudiante depuis juin 2022 et elle s'est arrêtée soudainement il y a deux semaines. 

Je me suis rendu compte en fouillant sur le site que j'ai deux comptes liés à une seule adresse mail.

Une reliée à l'organisme CFA (alternance en France) et une autre personnel.

Comment faire pour annuler celui relié au nom d'organisme "CFA" ? Car n'étant plus en alternance, cet organisme m'a bloqué mon compte et je n'ai plus accès à Adobe alors que mes prélèvements sont toujours débités de mon compte bancaire...

Puis-je récupérer mon compte ou dois-je l'annuler ?
