I purchased full suscription adobe creative cloud but i only hace available 2 gb

it's the same
click syncing and check the folder you're syncing and make sure it's the correct folder and it's not filled with stuff you don't want to sync:
I did it, but it still appear the same message
What else can I do?
did you delete or move the unneeded files?
if so, how much space are the files in your sync d folder taking?
Seeing some other reports lately of this kind of thing as well... Not sure why!
Perhaps there's a glitch somewhere on the Adobe side for some customers??
