Estoy teniendo prblemas con las aplicaciones de adobe al grado en que ya no me deja iniciar sesion, dice que ya entro pero en la app me vuelve a aparceer la ventana y no me deja usar las apps. urge resolverlo

el probles es que cuendo abro una aplicacion me sales que tengo que iniciar sesion para validar mi cuatnta pero lo hago y me sale lo simo uni y otra vez, ya borre las apps pero ahora no puedo instalarlas porque me dice que no tengo conexion con el servidor y ya desative el firewall y ya di todos los permisos

then uninstall the cc desktop app, again using the correct uninstaller, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-mes...

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

use the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html to install the cc app


use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
