Buenas tardes,
Me pongo en contacto con el foro porque tengo el siguiente problema. Tengo contratado el plan fotográfico que incluye principalmente Adobe Lightroom y Adobe Photoshop y, además, cuenta con 20 GB de almacenamiento en la nube. El problema que experimento es que aparece lleno cuando no tengo ningún archivo ni ninguna fotografía subida a la nube. Cuando en Lightroom intenta sincronizarse aparece una ventana anunciando que se encuentran ocupados en la nube 20,8 GB. Me he asegurado que la nube se encuentra vacía, así como está vacío Lightroom. Esto me genera un enorme perjuicio a la hora de manera un volumen de fotografías en las que estoy trabajando y necesito cambiar de dispositivo.
Si pudieran ayudarme estaría muy agradecido.

go to your web cloud files and, in the lower left, click the lightroom link. are there 20gb of files there?

Indeed, there were files that had not been synchronized but that were occupying space where you indicated.

I have managed to fix the problem with the answer above. However, I wanted to thank you for your response and the contribution of these two links, which I am sure I did not know and which will certainly be very useful to me.

mE ENCUENTRO IGUAL Y LLEVO HORAS Y NO ENCUENTRO LA SOLUCION, NO ENTIENDO ESTO QUE HAS TENIDO QUE HACE PODRIAS EXPLICARME?

check you cc files using a web browser:
open your cc desktop app
click the cloud icon at the upper right
click cc web
check the files in the 7 folders (4 in your files, 2 in libraries with you, 1 in shared with you
check the lightroom link at the page's lower left
delete unneeded files in those 8 locations
open your mobile cc app > files delete unwanted files
finally delete the files in your cc web deleted folder, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/delete-files-permanently.html
