Hello, I just purched theupgraded acount for adobe in order to pasword protect my documents however I still does not give me access and says I need to purchase (which I already have).

Adobe is a company with about 100 different products and services to its name.  Please be more specific.  Which product or service did you order?  Log-in to your account portal below to ensure you got what you think you ordered and it's active.
