"Subscription expired" trotz aktivem Abo!

Ich bin sehr aufgebracht und brauche eine dringende Lösung für folgendes Problem: Ich bin seit 10 Jahren zahlender Adobe Kunde. Mein Creative Cloud All Apps 100 GB öffnet seit heute KEIN einziges Programm. Heute hätte ich die Rechnung für Mai bekommen müssen. Die Rechnung für April habe ich bezahlt und die Ankündigung für Juni. steht in meinem Account.

Ich habe meine Zahlungsinformationen nochmals upgedatet, mich aus- und wieder eingeloggt, aber NICHTS ändert sich. Hier stimmt irgendwas nicht! Die Konversation mit dem "Chatbot" ist eine einzige Katastrophe. Der versteht nichts! Ich möchte bitte, dass sich ein Mitarbeiter um dieses Problem kümmert!

I was able to reach chat support and the problem was indeed on Adobes side. But they were able to solve it quickly and professionally.

Yes, my account shows an active subscription. But I suspect that the error is on Adobe's side, because I received my invoice for April to a completely different email address than the one my subscription is running on. Adobe is mixing something up here. (and Adobe also has a data protection problem).
