I am attempting to reply to an inquiry from a potential client. When I try to send my reply I get the "unable to send message at this time". I understand that Adobe puts limits on the number of messages sent, but I am hardly a heavy user so what's the deal.
I paused sending the message for a couple of hours and then tried to send again and got the same "unable..." message. Does anyone have a suggestion or solution?

I prefer not to share their name here but they have been a behance member since 2018 and their overview of the project was listed on the behance job board with very specific project details.
