"Unable to start correctly (0Xc000007)" error for Adobe Creative Cloud

I am having problems with opening the Adobe Creative Cloud app on my Windows 10 desktop. Every time I would try to run it, it would give me an error saying "Unable to start correctly (0Xc000007b)". I tried reinstalling the app, but it didn't work. What I eventually realized is that, in the properties for Creative Cloud, it is running for compatibility for Windows 8, and not 10. There would be no option for Windows 10 at all. I don't know how to get it to be compatible for my computer and I've looked everywhere. 

 

Again, my computer is Windows 10, x64 bit. It meets all the requirments but there still seems to be issues with compatibility with my computer.
