Lost acesse to my behance

Can someone help me about this me topic? I think I have the same problem addressed here.

My original profile was connected to a business account that has closed. And now I can't access it, even though it still exists.

I already sent a request to Behance Help Center, but it´s been over 2 days and didn't get a response.
