En septembre j'ai résilé mon abonnement Potoshop, un message d'adieu est même apparu sur l'écran.. Depuis j'ai reçu plusieurs mails me signalant que ma carte de paiement arrivait à échéance et me demandant d'actualiser mon compte. Dernierement j'ai reçu un mail signalant que "votre paiement est du".  Sur mon compte j'ai constaté que l'abonnement résilié etait ré apparu et qu'une facture avait été émise !

J'ajoute que je n'ai utilisé ce compte que pendant les dernier mois de 2019 et que lorsque j'ai voulu résilier en début 2020 la somme réclamée m'a fait reculer...

Je constate également qu'il est impossible d'avoir à faire à quelque être vivant que ce soit par mail ou par téléphone !

Je considère ces pratiques comme contraire au droit français etconstitutives d'une VENTE FORCEE.

Devrais je porter plainte pour obtenir satisfaction ?

Why i got again 18,45/month from you? I am tell you, long time away, my PC:s included this. For some month i got that. But now again.

 

I don't need that Abode. A many month i don't get anymore.

 

From what is the reason?
