Just migrated from a personal account to a business account and lost all my libraries, settings and everything else I stored in the cloud. Is there a way to relink or recover these from my previous account type? Login details didn't change, just everything was lost during migration.

Thanks,

Hi @Ferdie Langdon,

Did you check the steps mentioned in this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/transfer-assets.html to check if that helps?

Regards,

Tarun

in addition to @Tarun Saini's suggestion, if you have multiple Adobe plans associated with the same email address and at least one is a business plan, Adobe creates separate profiles for each plan and gives each profile dedicated storage, https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/manage-adobe-profiles.html
