Reembolso total plano mensal

Comprei o indesign, plano mensal de 36,89€ no dia 14 de junho depois das 14h, cancelei hoje, dia 29 de junho às 10h e pouco. Eu sei que só reembolsa se tivere dentro dos 14 dias, gostaria de saber se acham que ainda está, devido às horas. Só faz 15 dias se passasse das 14h e ta, certo? como cancelei horas antes de fazer 15 dias... Pelo menos quando cancelei apareceu-me que o concelamento foi confirmado e número, e em baixo dizia reembolso total 36,89€ dnetro de 5 dias úteis. Gostaria de saber se realmente vou receber, ou se aparece isso automáticamente independentemente do processo. Obrigado.reembolso.jpg

It depends on the Customer Service Representative. They have some flexibility in whether you get a full refund or not, but it helps if you are polite when explaining the situation to them and making your request.
