I cancelled my Plan on 24th September and still haven't received the refund even after complaining multiple times on customer support. They keep sending invoice but I did check with my bank multiple times and no refund from adobe has been. created.
Pathetic custimer support no one responds and end chats without solving the issue
This can only be resolved only by Adobe support, no one here has access to account information. I would suggest that you ask to talk to a supervisor and keep on escalating untill you get someone who provides you proper information
