i think you need to open a support ticket at the portfolio page - https://help.myportfolio.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=177168\

Hi kglad.

I came across that link but I'm unable to see my old portfolio website because my account expired yesterday (no longer a "paid account" or with a "paid plan"). I don't have any access to it, I'd need someone from support to assist and manually disconnect the website from "adobe portfolio". what is the best way to get someone from support to remove the website from my portfolio account?

@Fer991,

From whom did you purchase your custom domain?   That's where you need to go.

Log-in to your doman name provider's website and redirect your custom domain to a new domain name server (change DNS settings).

Hope that helps.
