It seems that ever since a recent Creative Cloud update I am having to relog in every day when I go to use the software.  This includes PRINTING TO A PDF from Word, Excel, or other Office software.

I go to print and am told the print is not possible as I am logged out of Acrobat and must log back in just to print.

Mind you, this isn't to read a .pdf, just to use the print driver.

This is frustrating on oh so many levels.

@BrianP_HKP_ , did the article actually help you? Or did someone else dub it as the "Correct answer?"

I read through these steps but

  • Creative Cloud app didn't need an update
  • LAN Settings were already correct
  • WMI Services are running (always, by default)
  • I just rebooted so didn't waste my time restaring Credential Manager (also running, always by default)
  • To be honest, since I endure this crap on laptop and desktop, I ignored the uninstall/download/reinstall tip.

This whole insipid licensing scheme would be less insufferable if it could REMEMBER ME, so I don't have to manually key all my creds each time CC develops cranial flatulence.
