Seeking guidance on organising and managing documents in the creative cloud.

Does anyone know of a good tutorial or link that can help me learn the basics of storing and accessing files on the cloud?  My creative cloud package comes with cloud storage but I'm not utilising it properly at the moment and am having problems working out how to do so.  For example, I'm working on a project that has many photoshop images.  I saved them on the cloud as 'synced files' so that I can access them on different devices, but when I go to photoshop and try to open one of these files I can't find the folder that I saved them in.  I'm sure there is a tutorial that can help me with basic things like this??  Very helpful for any advice.

@HarrietMatsaert,

My SOP is to always save files to my primary hard drive first which is backed up nightly by my dedicated cloud backup/recovery service (Backblaze).  You can never have too many backups. 🙂

Everything saved on Windows C:\Users [name]\Creative Cloud Files folder is automatically synced to my Creative Cloud Assets folder which gives me the file to work with locally and an extra copy in Cloud Storage that can be accessed from other devices or shared with colleagues, if desired.

Creative Cloud Storage includes the following folders:

Creative Cloud Assets https://assets.adobe.com
- Synced files
- Cloud documents
- Deleted files

Lightroom https://lightroom.adobe.com
- Photos
- Albums
- Edited files
- Imported files
- Deleted files

Document Cloud https://documentcloud.adobe.com
- All documents
- Starred files
- Shared files

Adobe Express (formerly called Spark) https://www.adobe.com/express/
- Projects
- Brand files
- Graphics
- Web pages
- Videos

Hope that helps.
