Last week, several of our color swatches in our shared library went missing. 5 people share it. None of us have any of the missing swatches in our deleted files folder. None of us had even ventured in that area of CC libraries until after we discovered they were missing, so it is impossible that someone accidentally permanently deleted them out of that folder. Also, one user has completely different available and missing swatches than the rest of us 4. We have signed out and signed back in. Still nothing. I've tried talking to support and they just tried to tell me that someone permanently deleted it. But that is quite impossible. I had it all organized into different categories, and all that information is gone. I have attached 2 screenshots of how they look differently but are the same library. So there is a syncing error going on for sure. I'm hoping someone can help. Or at least this can be investigated while I slowly rebuild this library (and export a back up).
