Hi,

Im a Uni student and I'm having trouble with my creative cloud app.

When I try to load up creative cloud or download any adobe software it tell me to log in via the cc app. I press sign in and it goes away but pops right back up with the exact same message saying I need to sign in to access my adobe software. I have tried to uninstall adobe and re-install it multiple times and it has never worked. I can access cc online just fine and my subscription is fine as well due to it being handed to me by my univercity. However, they refuse to help me due to the problem being on my own personal laptop and not one issued by uni. What can I do? Im starting to stress out a lot.
