Snyc problem, file does nort exist anymore, but cloud keeps trying to sync it.

Hi, in my Cloud folder is a file/folder (probably one automatically generated by Adobe Premiere Pro), which cannot be synchronised with Adobe Cloud. And if I try to delete it manually, I am told that the file no longer exists. But Adobe Cloud keeps trying to sync this file, which results in a constant failure message. Please help.
