“Some files failed to sync” issue

I'm Having the exact same problem and it's starting to really annoy me now. This was working perfectly last week, but now everytime i try to sync files i get the same message.

Hi Harebrainedfilms,

Sorry to hear that you're having sync issues. Could you tell a little more about the issue to help me better understand?

I was wondering about these?

Are all files failing to sync or only specific ones?

Are the files which are failing all contained within one folder, or various folders?

Are files which are failing part of a collaboration (where they are shared with others)?

Is there more to the error message other than just the Some files failed to sync? Like server errors or anything like that?

Please get back to me when you get the chance and I'll see what I can do to help. I may have more questions.
