Somebody tell in normal language what services will be continued and which not!

It's a real shame that the information from ADOBE about discontinuation of synchronizing files is absolutely bad!

Somebody tell me in NORMAL language the following answers of these questions:

- I got 100GB in my account: are the files on that online account still available after March 2th 2024?
- If the files are deleted, why I pay for 100GB online storage without getting the product?
- Why is there no way of getting a clear answer from ADOBE? They are pointing to the 'communicty': in other words: all the paying customers should help eachother, not ADOBE. A shame!

And: in all the ADOBE communication the headline: 'Discontinuation of Creative Cloud Synced files' is prominent: like the sync-function is discontinued and not the storage. Tell me what is the right information?

No - when I go to my online assets (https://assets.adobe.com/files) it says: The ZIP file containing your files will be available for download until March 2, 2024. Files will be permanently deleted after this date. See attached image - in Dutch.

My questions are:

- are my files on the Adobe Creative Cloud servers deleted in March?
- my files are only available local now?
- how Adobe is compensating the downgrade of the subscription?
