Spark Plan With No Access to Other Feautes Like cloud Storage, Portfolio...

So I purchased the Spark Plan with should include 100 GB of storage and access to tools like Portfolio if I understand what's listed in my details correctly. Yet when I look at my file storage it says 2 GB and Portfolio will not let me publish it displays a message asking me to end my free trial by purchasing a plan. 

Was I wrong to believe that the Spark plan included these features?

No.  Adobe Spark Premium does NOT include Portfolio.  See below for what's included.

Portfolio comes free with a qualifying Creative Cloud subscription such as:

• The Photography Plan,
• A Single App like Photoshop or Illustrator,
• The All Apps Plan.
