Also - where is the Spark-specific forum?
Adobe Spark does not have a dedicated forum. Spark support and knowledgebase is on Zendesk.
It seems this service is one they ignore conveniently, it goes down quite often on my end.
Customer service is almost non-existant to resovle anything with it.
They fix it when they fix it..........
Three times this month Spark has gone down.
Adobe has terrible customer service.
Three days now tryign to get support, FB, PM, Groups, Twitter, customer 'support', and Adobe Spark Support, zero help on this.
What kind of company is this really?
Wastes a lot of my time + paying for a service that does not work, isnt' that called fraud?
It's true Adobe did maintenance recently which impacted much more than just Spark. That's not unusual. See status report below.
Spark is a perk with your paid creative cloud plan. AFAIK, Spark has no direct support pipeline except through Zendesk. Submit your help ticket below.
